After successfully owning & operating a beautiful Gallery, gift shop & florist in Whangamata New Zealand called Budda Lounge for 23 years it was my desire to free up my time & life to explore my art work further...hence this website. My passion is flowers & creating works of beauty, be it a bouquet for a wedding or for the table, the same passion, care & attention goes into every thing I put together. An artist first & foremost, I work in many mediums; acrylic on canvas, soft stone carving, floral design, whimsical creations from salvaged treasure from times past, jewelry, essential oils, massage blends, candles & most recently working with clay....using slab-building as a base. I also offer bespoke workshops, dried floral wreath making, sourdough & garden fresh dish classes, I am happy to put together one day or weekend workshops for 6 people. I have a wonderful group of wahini that I colab with & together we can make your girls weekend away truly memorable....offering yoga, relaxation, cheese making, distilling hydrosole & honey elixir making....
